Picture Day
Traditional Photo Plan
If your school photos are on a traditional photo plan, you can order before or after picture day.
To order, visit geskusphoto.com/fallorders and enter your student’s personal webcode. You can also pay with cash or check (payable to GPI) on picture day.
Online ordering is open until 8:00 am the day following picture day, online ordering will then be closed while we process your photos and will reopen when Portrait Booklets are delivered to your school. Orders placed after picture day will include a shipping fee to be mailed directly to your home. Ordered place by 8:00 am the day following picture day will be distributed by the school.
Even if you order online or are not placing an order, please send your Photo Flyer with your student to help create the smoothest Picture Day experience. If you no longer have the order form, we will help them fill one out when they are photographed.
Proof Photo Plan
If your school is on a proof plan, all orders can be placed online via credit/debit card.
Photos will be available for viewing and ordering within 10 business days of Picture Day. You can sign up to be notified when your photos are ready by visiting geskusphoto.com/fallorders and entering your students personal webcode. The webcode can be located on the Proof Card your student is sent home with on picture day.
Pictures
Your student's pictures will arrive approximately 3 weeks after your Picture Day.

Retakes & Refund Policy
We always hope you will be happy with your student’s photos and hope we can still capture a memory of this school year.
Your student is welcome to attend Retake Day at your school. Return the Portrait Book to school with your child on Retake Day. The picture will be retaken and reprinted at no additional charge. Please write a note in the comment box in the back of the Portrait Book so we can retake the picture more to your liking. If you need help locating your schools Retake Day, please contact us and we would be happy to help.
In-studio retakes are also available in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Contact us to schedule a time that works best for you.
If a class picture is included in your booklet, please keep it. The class picture will not be retaken or reprinted.
If for any reason you would prefer a refund, please mail your Portrait Booklet with a note of refund request to GPI 0-11310 1st Avenue NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534 (Refunds cannot be processed through the school office).
Webcodes
Webcodes are used to protect your student's privacy. Our codes insure only those who should have access are able to locate your student's photos. If you need help locating your code, please contact us and we can assist you.
Changing an order
You can contact us within 24 hours to make adjustments to your order.
Digital Downloads
When pictures are ready, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your photos. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your Digital Download to be processed and sent to you.
We offer two Digital Download options. Both options include a printable copyright release as an image in the file.
Deluxe Digital Download - a high resolution image of your child on 25 backgrounds.
Standard Digital Download - add to packages 1-5 for only $10. Contains a high resolution image of your child with the background and pose you ordered for your package.
Retouching
Retouching - adds a special glow to the portraits with a gentle softening of the facial features. (Does not remove blemishes)
Premium Retouching - removes and softens most facial blemishes on the portraits.
Ordering from previous school years
You can currently order pictures back to the 2014-2015 school year. Please contact us and we can help you to place these orders.
Order Errors
Missing Pictures
We apologize if you did not receive the pictures you ordered. Please contact our office and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please note, if a class picture was ordered, you will receive it at a later date. If you ordered a yearbook, they will arrive in early spring.
Wrong Background
Please contact us and include the child's name, address, phone number, school, Student PIN#, and correct background choice. We will reprint the pictures and mail them directly to your home.

Class pictures and Yearbook not included in order
Generally, class portraits and yearbooks are delivered separately. Class pictures are usually shipped to the school after Picture Retake Day to provide the opportunity for every student to be included. Delivery of yearbooks is usually in early spring.

Price differences across schools
For elementary schools, packages may include a yearbook and/or a class picture while most high and middle schools do not. Schools also have the option to use pictures as a fundraiser to help special projects at your school.

Refund
We always hope you will be happy with your student’s photos and hope we can still capture a memory of this school year. Your student is welcome to attend Retake Day at your school. In-studio retakes are also available in Grand Rapids, Michigan. If for any reason you would prefer a refund, please mail your Portrait Booklet with a note of refund request to GPI at 0-11310 1st Avenue NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534 (Refunds cannot be processed through the school office). A refund will be issued for the items received within 10 business days. If a yearbook was part of your picture order, then the cost of the yearbook will be deducted from the refund amount.

Yearbooks
Yearbook orders can be placed at www.geskusphoto.com/yearbookorders
A lot of time goes into capturing valuable memories of important events and candid shots to be included in the yearbook. Yearbooks typically arrive separately in early spring.
