Webcodes

Personal Webcodes are a 10-letter code unique to only your student. These codes are used to protect your privacy while limiting access to their images. 

 

School Webcodes contain numbers that precede a 10-letters code. School webcodes are specific to your student’s school, used to ‘pre-order’, and will become invalid after picture day. There are no images associated with these codes, they are used for pre-ordering purposes only.

Photo Plans

Gpí offers two fall Picture Day programs, Pre-Pay and Proof, for your school to choose from:

Pre-Pay

If your school chose our Pre-Pay Program, you may order before Picture Day at geskusphoto.com/fallorders using the School’s Webcode. You may also order on Picture Day by selecting your order on the Picture Day Flyer and placing cash, check, or money order (payable to Gpí) in the envelope.
 

Orders placed on or before Picture Day will be delivered to the school. Orders placed after Picture Day will be mailed to your home and will include a $6.00 shipping fee.

 

On Picture Day, we ask that you send the Picture Day Order Envelope with your student, even if you’ve ordered on-line or do not plan to order. 

Proof

If your school chose our Proof Program, all orders must be placed online using a credit or debit card. Photos will be available for viewing and ordering within 10 business days after Picture Day. 

 

Please note that there may be a temporary “blackout” period after Picture Day, when our team is processing your student’s photos before they are available online.

Your student’s webcode is located on the Proof Card which was sent home on Picture Day. You may also sign up online to be notified when photos are available to view and order by visiting geskusphoto.com/fallorders and entering your student's personal webcode.

Ordering for Multiple Students

Each student has their own unique personal webcode. Please ensure you have each student’s personal webcode and properly assign them on our ordering site.

Ordering for multiple students and seeing a pricing discrepancy? Pricing may vary from school to school. Some elementary picture packages may include class composite or yearbooks, while most middle and high schools do not. Schools may also choose to use school pictures as a fundraiser, reflected in the cost of the photos.

Digital Downloads

We offer two digital downloads options for Fall Pictures:​

Deluxe Digital Download: This option includes a high-resolution image of your child on all 25 backgrounds offered.

​

Standard Digital Download: This option provides a high-resolution image with a specific background and pose selected in your package. You can purchase digital download separately or as a $10 add-on to Packages 1–5.

Important Note: Digital downloads are not eligible for a refund once they have been downloaded.

What are my Retouching Options?

Basic retouching: Lightly softens features and imperfections without fully removing them while maintaining your student’s natural appearance. 

 

Premium retouching: Removes and softens most minor imperfections while enhancing overall skin appearance for a more refined and polished look.

 

Advanced retouching: Includes all Premium retouching plus more detailed enhancements and corrections. This level focuses on removing larger distractions and refining additional details for a more polished, professional final image. Important Note: Advanced retouching is not available on pre-orders.

Order Delivery

Photos typically arrive approximately three weeks after Picture Day. If you have been waiting longer than this, please contact us, and our Customer Service team will research and assist you. 

 

Digital downloads are processed and emailed to you within 7–14 business days.

Class composites are delivered separately, usually after the first of the year. 

 

Yearbooks are also delivered separately, usually early spring to before school is dismissed for summer break. Some schools may distribute yearbooks after the summer. For specific yearbook delivery dates, feel free to contact your student’s school.

What are my Retake Options?

Retake Day is designed to photograph students who are new to the school, missed Original Picture Day, or were not 100% satisfied with their first image. 

​

How to Participate: 

If your student is new to the school or missed Original Picture Day, all they need to do is have their picture taken on Retake Day. Our team will handle all of the paperwork for you. 

​

For those that require a retake:

  • If you’ve previously purchased an order, please return it with your student on Retake Day. Gpí will replace the purchased orders at no additional charge. 
    ​

    • If you purchased an order and did not return it to the school on Retake Day, please return it to the school at your earliest convenience. Gpí will work with your student’s school to retrieve the order; once returned, we will order the replacement with your student’s Retake Picture. 
      ​

  • If you did not purchase from Original Picture Day but desire a retake, we will retake your student’s pictures as requested.

Please note: All retake pictures override an original picture in our system and will appear on student IDs, class composites, and in the school’s final yearbooks. 

 

In-studio pictures are also available at our Grand Rapids, Michigan or our Moline, Illinois studio. Interested in setting up an in-house appointment? Then, contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Can I Still Change my Order?

We may be able to change an order if contacted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that this is not guaranteed due to how orders are processed. If, after you receive your order you would like to make a change, you are welcome to mail your order to our office with a note explaining the situation, and we will be happy to help.

I Have an Issue with my Order...

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact Gpí directly and we will make it right.
