Photographic Team Members

Seasonal/full time August through mid-November.  Early morning hours will occasionally apply. 
Needs to be a friendly, approachable person who is a "team player”.                               
A team consists of a photographer and a coordinator.
Out of town (beyond Grand Rapids metro) applicants are welcome.

Customer Experience Team Members

Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Take the extra mile to engage customers

Digital Press Operator - HP Indigo(s)

No previous press experience necessary, we will train.  

Advanced, off-site training on multiple pieces of equipment after 90 days.

Must be self-motivated, detail orientated and possess a mechanical aptitude.

Potential for promotion into shift supervisor or shop manager.  Career opportunity. 

Climate controlled shop.

Full time, 1st shift.

Production/Data Entry Team Members

Seasonal/full time August through November.
Must be accurate in data entry, detail oriented and work well with others.
First and second shifts are available.

Territory Manager

Driven, achievement-oriented sales professional with a consultative approach and the ability to positively connect with a wide variety of customers

High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred; a minimum of 3-5 years of proven outside sales experience

Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business, with the ability to identify unique customer needs
